PROPOSITION 65 WARNING
Pesticides known as soil fumigants containing the chemical 1,3-Dichloropropene (“1,3-D”) are applied to agricultural land in Kern/Fresno County. Applications are performed by licensed pesticide applicators under contract with farm owners and operators. Regulations of the California Department of Pesticide Regulation govern these applications and specify various measures for control of 1,3-D emissions resulting from the applications. Some emissions may nevertheless occur.

WARNING: 1,3-Dichloropropene is listed under Proposition 65 as a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer. By entering the shaded area marked “Affected Area” below, you may be exposed to 1,3-Dichloropropene that is dispersed in the air after soil fumigants are applied.
